Description: This program will provide patients with knowledge and tools to improve their cardiovascular health and prevent blood clots. Four experts in the field of Thrombosis Medicine will share updates including innovative ways to prevent and treat diabetes and metabolic syndrome, whether a simple blood test can predict your risk of developing cardiovascular disease, new medications to lower cholesterol, and a glimpse into the largest ever research project to cure heart disease.

It is our hope that this patient-based approach to providing updates in cutting-edge cardiovascular medicine will provide a unique and lasting value to our attendees and benefit them in everyday life.
