Biosimilar and Follow-on Biologics

Follow-on Biologics: Effects on Thrombosis?

Recently, United States Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) introduced the "Promoting Innovation and Access to Life-Saving Medicine Act" (H.R. 1427). The same bill has been introduced in the United States Senate by Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY), and a competing bill, the "Pathways for Biosimilars Act" (H.R. 5629), has been introduced in the House by Representative Anna Eshoo (D-CA).
