How aware are you of your risk factors for stroke and how to prevent first-ever stroke?

I too would like to hear info on risks..
I asked a doctor during a checkup and didn't get a full answer..
I have Portal Vein Thrombosis..

gleefully rubbing his hands together says:

to wake you and tell you I finished, and one time I was afraid I had hurt you
because I felt you move.
